Refund and return policy

At Totally Tipz, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality outdoor blankets and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

b. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or washed.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized orders.

2. Refunds

a. Refund Process

  • Initiating a Refund: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@totallytipz.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

b. Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanging Items: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@totallytipz.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4. Shipping

a. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

b. Shipping Times

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@totallytipz.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
